Institute of Professional Willwriters

We are members of the excellent IPW whose Code of Practice has been approved by the Trading Standards Institute. The IPW requires all their member Willwriters to train and pass their examinations before they can start working as a Willwriter and to continuously ensure that their knowledge is up-to-date. Importantly, they also require Willwriters to hold at least £2 million of both professional indemnity and public liability insurance, which ensures that clients have peace of mind.

As non-practising solicitors, we remain members of the Law Society and on the Roll of Solicitors so our clients can be confident that we have the necessary professional expertise and reliability.
