I hired this company to clear out my mum's flat after she passed away. The flat was a 2 bedroom property. I was quoted £1000 as the job was going to be a full days work. I accepted the quote on this basis. The job took 3 hours. The same company cleared my nanna's house back in July 2022 after she passed away. The house was a 3 bedroom property split over 2 floors. The job took 1.5 days and we paid £500. I queried the bill given the job was much smaller than they had envisaged and took less than half the time. I was relentlessly called and messaged informing me that I had to pay. I was simply querying the invoice and no reasonable explanation was provided to me as to why the job cost £1,000. I am really disappointed as they did such a great job with my nanna's house. I felt as though they were taking advantage of the situation.
