About Us

We provide loan and equity finance for small to medium size businesses startups entrepreneurs and owner managers. We currently manage a £6.5m loan Fund and £8.5m equity based venture fund.

Rivers Capital Partners is an independent venture capital management company run by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Between us we have also raised over £50m in the last 10 years and overseen well over 100 investment deals and 300 loans.

Our operations are centred in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Middlesbrough in the North East of England but include connections to investors and entrepreneurs in London, Cambridge and other clusters of venture investment.

Founded by a partnership of E-Synergy and Finance Tree, Rivers Capital Partners brings together over 50 years direct investment experience in the creation and growth of companies in markets from technology to design.
