The RICS HomeBuyer Report is a service carried out to a standard format, designed by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), primarily designed for properties built within the last 150 years, which are of conventional construction and in reasonable condition. A valuation is an inspection carried out on behalf of your mortgage lender to determine the amount and terms of a mortgage offer.
