About Us
Completed in November 2009 the shopping centre has brought a host of new retailers into the town. Work started on the Sanderson Arcade development in July 2008. The elegant Edwardian style arcade opening out onto a central piazza houses some of the country's best loved high street names as well as some of the North East's leading specialist retailers.

There really is something for everyone at Sanderson Arcade. The centre gates open for access to the bus station from 7.00am - 8.00pm Monday - Sunday

The 90,000 sq ft Sanderson Arcade development incorporates retail units from 365 sq ft in the elegant arcade to larger units up to 12,000 sq ft surrounding a central piazza. Modern, purpose built office space is also available at first floor level.
