Pumphreys Coffee truely is a family business with no less than five family members employed full time within the firm and another three helping out part time. Directors Stuart Archer (Snr) and Malcolm Archer have over 35 years experience in the coffee industry providing top quality coffee and are dedicated to meeting their customers' requirements whether that be coffee beans, fresh coffee or even gourmet coffee and speciality teas. Stuart Lee Archer, Stuart's son, heads up the training and e-commerce sections of the business while his daughter Paula Archer runs the marketing and service departments. Sarah Archer, Malcolm's Daughter, has just started her career at Pumphreys Coffee in the warehousing department.
Since 1983, Pumphrey's Coffee has been based at Bridge Street, Blaydon, Newcastle upon Tyne comprising of a warehouse, factory and a coffee shop open to trade and the general public.
