About Us

The Glendale Agricultural Society has staged the celebrated Glendale Show for over one hundred years - now recognised as one of Northumberland’s premier events. Today the event attracts over 15,000 visitors.

The Glendale Show celebrates all aspects of farming and rural life with classes for sheep, cattle and goats and attracts exhibitors from far and wide. It offers the perfect day out for the whole family, with over 160 trade stands there is something for everyone. Come and sample the cuisine in the speciality food marquee, there are horticultural and industrial classes, crafts, country pursuits, equine competitions, entertainment for children and main arena attractions throughout the day.

Dogs are welcome and their owners can enter them in the Companion Dog Show on the day, entries will be taken from 11am onwards.

With the backdrop of the Cheviots and access directly from the A697, the show provides a stunningly picturesque and fun day out for people of all ages.
