At queenofcharms.com we sell our jewellery at the recommended retail price, but if you see an item we stock elsewhere on the internet at a lower price please let us know*. We would very much like you to be our customer and will do our best to match the price, even on discounted items.

* Things we need to know when you contact us regarding price matching:

The name and price of the product you are interested in buying.

The (full) web address of where you have seen the item at a lower price.

The discount or promotion offered by other company must be valid and the item in stock on the intended day of purchase.

Discount will be applied when we process the card payment, so please let us know before placing your order. Unfortunately, price matching cannot be applied after an order has been processed.
