Welcome to Ann Millward Dental Practice

The practice has been established since 2003 and during the past five years the hard work and dedication of Ann and her team has succeeded in creating a modern, relaxing environment where high class dentistry can be completed and the patient can feel comfortable and respected.


We pride ourselves on out high standards of customer care ensuring the use of the best materials, cross infection control and trained and registered staff, striving to exceed the guidelines set by the General Dental Council.

Dental Plans

Combined Care Plan £12.50 per month

* Two detailed examinations per year
* Two hygienist appointments per year
* All necessary x-rays
*10% discount on all treatments over and above the plan content
* Preventative care for all dependent children
* No charge for emergency appointments at the practice
* Membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home and abroad
* Supplementary insurance (see policy summary leaflet)


Complete Care Plan £23.00 per month

* Two detailed examinations per year
* All necessary hygienist appointments
* All necessary x-rays
* All conservation treatment required ( fillings, extractions, root fillings)
* 10% discount on all treatments not included in the plan
* Preventative care for all dependent children
* No charge for emergency appointments at the practice
* Membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home and abroad
* Supplementary insurance (see policy summary leaflet)

NB The complete care plan does not cover treatments involving laboratory costs or treatment which is not clinically necessary eg tooth whitening.


Denture Care Plan £3.70 per month

* One detailed examination per year
* 10% discount on all treatments over and above the plan content
* No charge for emergency appointments at the practice
* Membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencys at home and abroad
* Supplementary insurance (see policy leaflet)

How do I join the plan?

Joining the plan is very simple. All you have to do is complete a Direct Debit mandate and registration form and your membership will be effective immediately.

How do I leave the plan?

If you find you ever wish to end the agreement you can do so simply by giving us one month’s notice. Naturally, if amounts due to is are not paid for two months in a row, we may terminate the arrangement.
