North Country Leisure (NCL) is a not for profit charity, established in 1998 and we manage leisure centres and services on behalf of local councils including Copeland Borough Council, Eden District Council, South Lakeland District Council and Newcastle City Council. In 2015 NCL became a wholly owned subsidiary of The GLL Group; also a not-for-profit leisure trust and social enterprise.
