The charger unit on my Roomba robot vacuum cleaner had stopped working and annoyingly I couldn't find a replacement on the firm's website. Then Rob of CoquetTech Computers told me that while it wasn't his usual area of expertise, he would have a look at it and see if he could repair the existing charger. To my delight he very quickly fixed it. I couldn't be happier!! Excellent fast service, great communications and a bill that was far lower than I anticipated! I'll definitely contact Rob again when I need electronic repairs.
